On a étudié le recouvrement de Vibrio parahaemolyticus endommagé par le froid et le chauffage en utilisant les milieux suivants : bouillon, glucose–sels–Teepol (GSTB), bouillon hydrolysat trypsique de soja contenant 7% NaCl (TSBS), bouillon Horie – arabinose – violet d'éthyle (HAEB) et le bouillon bleu aqueux – alizarine jaune (WBAY).
